"I wanna thank Chris & especially Lane for how they generally were concerned for me when I getting Auto, Renters & Life Insurance through State farm Insurance during some very hard times in my life. They were sympathetic to my situation w/ my mother being hospice & I'm going through a very frustrating and painful Disability into of having recently diagnosed with Lymphoma & my checking account was drained of all of my paycheck! I recently moved to Texas & don't know anyone & Ive been picking myself up from being homeless to make a new start. They made it very easy to understand the policies which I had to be careful but didn't have the patience for it w/ the issues I'm dealing with. They made me feel at ease as I needed insurance right away but I had to wait a whole month to get it. Stressed out of my mind not knowing If I could even afford everything while discovering that Lane had saved me over $700/yr. By switchinging from Geico Insurance to State Farm Indurance. Now I'm able to visit my mom one last time in Cheyenne, Wyoming with a load of stress off my chest. I really don't know how I can honestly thank you Lane & Chris for your common courtesy & respect that you have for your clients. & you will always have my Loyalty & Respect. For what you did for & how you treated me with during my hard times. Compared to other companies that I have dealt with over the years, State Farm Insurance in Conroe, Texas by far has the best Insurance Agents to deal with. "Fast and efficient service everytime I call. Vanessa at this location is very polite and friendly and helpful and got the job done for me quickly! I appreciate that 😅 Although, I wish the rates could be lower, insurance rates have been Sky rocketed recent years. However, that’s going across the industry unfortunately, which is sad."
